Two Cambodian teenagers who were rescued from a fishing boat by maritime police in Malaysia will be repatriated today, a rights group reported yesterday.

Aegile Fernandez, director of Malaysia-based NGO Tenaganita, said Men Chett and Chem Polth, both 17, were being held at an immigration centre in Kuching city in Sarawak ahead of their flight home.

“The only concern was that they were children, but we were told that they were not abused,” she said.
