The UN Development Programme on Tuesday announced the appointment of new Country Director Elena Tischenko, who took up the post in late April. “Having been in Cambodia for over a month now, I see exciting opportunities to build further on good and dynamic collaboration existing between UNDP and national and development partners as we all work to contribute to development outcomes,” she said in a statement released Tuesday.
