Two agreements were signed on September 18 by Long Visalo, secretary of state for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Erin Soto, new Cambodia Mission Director for USAID. They amend two prior bilateral agreements and provide Cambodia with new grants worth a combined total of $32.48 million. The money will fund health and education projects.
