US removes UXOs

The US Department of State's Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement has awarded

DynCorp International LLC a task order to clear land mines and unexploded ordnance

(UXO) in Cambodia.

With a potential value of $8.3 million over a term of one base year and two option

years, the task order calls for DynCorp International to assist and train the Royal

Cambodian Armed Forces and the Cambodian Mine Action Center, a local NGO, to remove

Cambodia's remaining land mines and UXOs.
