Siem Reap Provincial Court will next week announce a verdict in the retrial of Chea Sophal, the son of a military commander convicted in absentia of committing a 2007 mobile phone robbery – three years after the court sentenced him to six and a half years in prison, Judge Ith Samphos said Thursday. “We will announce a new verdict on April 13 ,” he said.
