Two Vietnamese nationals were arrested yesterday after allegedly raping the 13-year-old daughter of a fisherman on Wednesday night in Pursat province’s Krakor district. The suspects – aged 20 and 17 - were arrested in Kampong Luong commune. They are being held at the Krakor district police office for questioning and will be sent to provincial court tomorrow.
