More than 2,000 workers will continue striking at the Hung Wah I garment factory in Phnom Penh, despite an order from the Arbitration Council yesterday that they return to work and await resolution, union leaders said yesterday. Free Trade Union officer Yann Roth Keopisey said the workers blocked the road in front of the factory for four hours yesterday morning, playing music and dancing in the street to demand Hung Wah offer seniority bonuses for departing workers.
