Two hundred young Asians, including 80 Cambodians, will go to Siem Reap for the Asia

Pacific Youth Conference, July 22-31. The theme is "A better world through you

and me: If not me, who? If not now, when?"

The organizers, the Khmer Youth Organization and the Initiative of Change network

(IOC), hope that the conference will contribute to the lasting peace in the region.

In order to subsidize the fee for Cambodian participants, IOC is currently trying
