‘Stitches for snitches’ resonates at factory

A 28-year-old security guard was stabbed outside a factory in Kampong Speu on Tuesday as garment workers filed out of the factory.

Amid the packed crowd, no one saw the assailant and panic broke out among the workers.

The guard is recovering in hospital and is unable to speak, making the case even murkier.

Police say it is likely the guard knew his attacker and the stabbing was probably connected to a long-term dispute. Kampuchea Thmey
