Bag snatching, usually a two-person operation, involved 10 suspects who swooped in on a woman and her brother in the capital’s Chamkarmon district.

Driving her sibling home on Monday, the woman was surrounded by men on motos who came away with her purse and hightailed it from the scene.

Reporting the crime to authorities later, the woman said she had lost some cash and a smartphone to the mob of miscreants.
