Abusive husband earns deserved day in court

A case of sexual frustration turned violent in Kandal’s Kien Svay district on Tuesday, after a husband was arrested for attacking his wife.

Police said while the victim was washing the kitchen her husband turned up and went at her with a water tank.

The victim suffered slight injuries before a neighbour came to the rescue and called police.

The suspect told cops he was angry because his wife refused to sleep with him the previous night. He was sent to court.
