Addict suffers tragic breakdown in public

A 21-year-old man reportedly stabbed himself on the road in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district on Monday.

Police said that people saw the man bleeding out on the street and suspected he had been robbed and stabbed, calling police for help.

However, after police questioned him, they determined that no one had hurt him but that he was a drug addict who could not control himself. Police sent the man to hospital.
