It had to happen. Phnom Penh’s newest shopping success story has finally made the Blotter. Police said the fateful crime happened on Monday as a 27-year-old woman visited a cosmetics shop in Aeon Mall.

Whilst a friend distracted the staff, the suspect managed to scoop some $200 worth of high-end products into her bag before the pair bolted.
