‘And when I came to, it wasn’t all just a dream...’

A 27-year-old mechanic was left confused and somewhat out of pocket after being drugged and scammed on August 4.

The victim claimed to have been drugged at a Phnom Penh football match, before being escorted to a moto dealership, where he was convinced to hand over his moto and the proceeds of the sale by a mystery companion.

He came to with no idea where he was, his only clue an invoice for his now-sold moto, before informing the police.
