Angry honk lands driver in hot water with thugs

A pair of loitering thugs took out their displeasure at being honked at by taking out a Poipet resident’s windshield on Monday.

Police said the group, identified as local “gangsters”, had been walking in the middle of the street when a man driving a car had used his horn to clear the way.

Taken aback by this rude gesture, the men pelted the vehicle with rocks.

The incident unravelled in full view of local cops who proceeded to arrest the duo.
