A 21-year-old would-be motorbike thief experienced the sting of mob justice on Saturday, after attempting to haul off two vehicles in the capital’s Tuol Kork district.
Two garment workers, 21 and 25, parked their motos by their rental homes when the crook broke the locks on both.
As he walked off with a bike, the owner saw and cried for help.
Neighbours chased the suspect down and beat him to the ground before he was arrested.
