Another borrowed ride never to be seen again

An angsty 29-year-old was arrested on Wednesday after he stole his stepfather’s motorbike in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district.

Police said his stepfather, a construction worker, had been irate after his unemployed charge “borrowed” his motorbike and never returned.

Previous to that he had destroyed property at home during serious arguments. The stepson quickly confessed that he had “stolen the bike and spent all the money on drinking and eating with his friends” during a three-day bender. DEUM AMPIL
