After a spate of vehicle thefts in Phnom Penh and complaints filed with the Ministry of Interior, police arrested a 22-year-old man on Monday.

Three cars were found at the suspect’s home during a raid on Monday morning. The suspect allegedly confessed, adding that he had worked with others and that he had sold one of the cars.

Police seized the other cars to give back to the victims and sent the suspect to court. KOH SANTEPHEAP
