Arrests for cleaving path through the crowd

Hackers of a different kind were in police’s sights on Monday night. Officers in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district arrested two men, 22 and 23, and a 16-year-old male for allegedly slicing two construction workers with a cleaver during a heated argument at a concert.

With so many witnesses noticing the victims were more hysterical than the average concert-goer, the hackers had little choice but to confess when arrested. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
