Attempted theft turns into short-lived rental

A 44-year-old man was reunited with his missing moto thanks to police in Pursat province on Monday.

The victim had parked his ride outside a local pagoda while he was at work, but when he returned, his ride home was conspicuously absent, and so he reported the vehicle missing to the cops.

Not long after, police spotted a 26-year-old man cruising around town on a suspiciously familiar moto and nabbed the pagoda-prowling moto misappropriator.
