Back-stabbing lender owes victim an apology

When a Kratie town man failed to pay back the $200 he borrowed from a neighbour, the lender came to collect his pound of flesh.

The debtor was shopping in a market when his 27-year-old neighbour spotted him and lodged a knife in his back, leaving him seriously injured.

The suspect ducked into a pharmacy, where he pretended to shop, but police quickly arrested him. KOH SANTEPHEAP
