Bag seller bags iPhone thief in Sisophon town

A bag seller at a market in Banteay Meanchey’s Sisophon town couldn’t call police when she was the victim of a theft on Monday, because the item that was nicked was her phone.

Two women pretending to look at her bags helped themselves to the oblivious vendor’s iPhone 5 while she was distracted by other customers.

Deprived of her mobile, the victim yelled for help, alerting security police who arrested the thieves and sent them to court.
