Bag snatchers bagged by Phnom Penh police

Phnom Penh police took two alleged bag snatchers off the street yesterday morning after a theft gone wrong.

The suspects, both aged 19, tried to steal a bag from a motorbike-driving victim in Dangkor district.

But as soon as they made the grab, the victim shouted for help. Cops chased down the suspects and captured them red-handed at the scene.

They were questioned and sent to Phnom Penh Municipal Court.
