Bag snatchers nabbed in rush to divvy loot

Two bag-snatching scoundrels were arrested on Tuesday evening in Phnom Penh’s Por Senchey district.

The pair were spotted by police divvying up the spoils on a patch of waste ground, and if two men squabbling over a handbag wasn’t suspicious enough, their incriminating moto licence plates and the fact the bag still contained the victim’s ID card proved more than enough reason for the cops to take them to the station.
