Bag snatchers snagged by cops in Phnom Penh

A pair of moto-riding bag-snatchers rode straight into jail on Monday after pinching the bag of a woman in Phnom Penh.

Police said the victim was walking home when the duo sped by, grabbing her bag and causing her to fall over.

She screamed for help and local police rode to the rescue. They arrested the two men and sent them to court. DEUM AMPIL
