Two construction workers were arrested on Tuesday after a harebrained plot to steal and pawn a motorbike in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district.

Police said a barber, 59, had parked his bike near his barbershop, when two men, aged 16 and 30, stole his vehicle as he was busy cutting hair.

The barber, along with some of his relatives and co-workers, later found the men with the bike at a nearby pawn shop, where they were selling it for $60, and handed them over to police. NOKORWAT
