Police recounted the inner workings of an elaborate Battambang province poisoning scheme to the public yesterday, and identified the seven they had arrested for carrying it out.

Explaining that four of the men would lure motodops to beer gardens, then poison them and ride away on their scooters, police noted the other three suspects were guilty of buying then reselling the misappropriated mopeds.

The entire squad was waiting for their pending court date.
