Beach bagsnatchers snared by S’ville cops

A stroll on the beach almost ended badly for a tourist in Sihanoukville on Monday.

Police said the man was enjoying the scenery on Otres beach when two young men – a construction worker and a student, both 18 – allegedly grabbed his bag and sped off.

In a scene out of Sihanoukville Five-O, however, cops gave chase and managed to snare the wayward teens and return the bag.
