Three men are regretting their decision to steal a moto in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district on Wednesday.

Little did the trio know that the victim, who had parked his moto in front of his house, had equipped the vehicle with an alarm system.

Hearing the siren, the owner ran into the street and shouted for help.

A friendly neighbour heard the cry and helped apprehend the suspects until police arrived to arrest them.

All three men have been sent to court.
