Best friend and other valuables lost to thief

An unfortunate 50-year-old in Pursat province’s Krakor district awoke to find his house burgled and his faithful pooch sadly poisoned on Monday.

Police suspect the thief slipped the dog some poison to ensure its silence while they went about helping themselves to $100 in cash, a laptop, a phone, and some jewellery, and that even the house residents may have fallen victim to milder poisoning, as they all reported having slept like the dead.
