Better fences make safer neighbours

A neighbour from hell in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town stole $300 as his victim stole a moment of peace and fresh air.

The victim went outside to take a breather just long enough for his neighbour to break in and pinch the cash.

The victim, recognising the suspect as a close neighbour, chased him, and the men fought before police intervened. The suspect was sent to court for questioning. DEUM AMPIL
