A young man had a serious mid-week slump when he was arrested near the railroad in Banteay Meanchey province on allegations of dealing drugs in the area.
It didn’t take much to elicit a confession from the man, who admitted that he had a productive history of selling illicit substances. Officers confiscated six small bags of meth and prepared him to head to court.
