Bitter customer takes it out on vendor: police

A sugarcane vendor in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district didn’t have a very sweet day on Monday after a security guard smashed the glass of his sugar cart for no apparent reason and then blamed the seller when he cut his hand, according to police.

An argument ensued and three other guards piled in to beat the vendor to a pulp. They also attacked bystanders, but ran away before police could arrive. NOKORWAT
