Blast from the past: feud blamed for drive-by

An old grudge led to a drive-by shooting in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district. A man was riding his moto home on Monday night when another man pulled alongside and shot him once in the back.

Other motorists assumed he’d had an accident, and sent him on to the hospital. There, he told police that he knew the identity of the gunman, who had a past dispute. Police are now seeking the suspect’s arrest. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
