There's nothing like kicking someone when they’re down. In a daring and cruel theft on Sunday, a man made off on another man’s motorbike from the scene of a road accident as he lay injured on the ground.

The 23-year-old driver had crashed into another moto in the capital’s Meanchey district, when the eventual thief offered assistance. He wheeled the bike to the side of the road – and beyond, escaping with it before surprised onlookers could realised what was happening. KOH SANTEPHEAP
