Booze is main suspect in late-night road crash

A trio of young men riding a motorbike home in the wee hours of yesterday morning after an evening of beer-drinking were badly injured and hospitalised after they collided with a speeding van.

They were turning right without a signal when the crash occurred. As is often the case, the van driver sped away from the scene. Police have “suggested” that the men might have been inebriated. KOH SANTEPHEAP
