Boozed-up moto driver collides with truck

A truck doesn’t have to be moving to cause an accident. That was the takeaway in Phnom Penh on Monday night when a man, 30, was badly injured after crashing his moto into a parked truck from behind.

The police said the vehicle didn’t have any signals on to alert drivers, and what’s more, the motorbike driver appeared to be drunk.

The man was sent to hospital with a head injury.
