Bovine burglar back off the wagon, back in cuffs

A Svay Rieng man must really have a thing for buffalo: the 30-year-old was arrested on Monday after leading five steeds off a farm in Chantrea district just two months after finishing jail time for another bovine defrauding.

A farmer reported her cattle missing on Sunday, and the following day border police spotted a man herding animals towards the Cambodian-Vietnamese border. The suspect confessed that he was trying to sell the buffalos and was arrested. NOKORWAT
