Brawling builders belatedly brought in

A quartet of construction workers was arrested in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district early yesterday morning, after allegedly participating in a brawl last week.

While the scrap had left a number of injured, police initially failed to capture any of the culprits.

But after finally catching up with them, the men were found in possession of slingshots and knives and arrested on the spot.
