A head injury wasn’t the only thing that had an expat feeling dizzy after getting hit on the head then unable to find the proper authorities in the capital’s Prampi Makara district.

Police say the Singaporean had been in a fight on Saturday before running to the Council of Ministers offices and shouting for help.

Police outside instructed him to head to the station in an entirely different district where the fight took place, but he decided to make his way to the embassy instead to file a complaint.
