Breaking the shackles of private property

A young woman was arrested on Sunday for the theft of two motorbikes in Mondulkiri’s Sen Monorom town, with police on the hunt for two male accomplices.

According to authorities, two men parked and chained their bikes, but found the chains cut and the bikes missing on Friday night.

Police managed to find one of the bikes, being ridden by the woman, when they stopped it at a road block.

After questioning her, police raided a home and found the other bike, but the two men she allegedly colluded with had escaped.
