Broken road rules land drunken driver in cuffs

A night of rambunctious drinking didn’t end very well for a 28-year-old boozer on Sunday.

The man left a bar in Phnom Penh overconfident in his driving skills but notably less than level-headed.

Just minutes onto the road, the man slammed into an oncoming motorcycle and, in a panic, tried to flee the scene. Police chased the drunken driver down and sent him to court. KOH SANTEPHEAP
