Broken window leads to broken dreams in Poipet

A Poipet thief thought he’d found the perfect score, and he would have gotten away with it, too, if it hadn’t been for a pesky security guard.

According to police, a local man had left a camera and laptop in his car while he visited a clinic on Saturday.

Spying the goods, the suspect smashed a window and tried to make off with the loot. A nearby guard, however, alerted police, who chased the suspect down and made the arrest. KOH SANTEPHEAP
