Brothers share parents and a cell after arrests

Today's Blotter bodes ill for family values. Two brothers aged 25 and 21 were arrested in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district on Monday after they allegedly robbed a woman of her motorbike while she was riding home at night.

Police said the suspects threatened the woman, 18, with a gun, telling her to stop and give up her ride. Panicked, the woman complied, but nearby police saw the incident unfold and chased the suspects, arresting them. KOH SANTEPHEAP
