Burglar bearing bolt cutters given bruises

Burglar bearing bolt cutters given bruises

Everyone loves a bargain, but one woman’s passion for cut-price goods landed her in hot water on Saturday in Phnom Penh’s Prampi Makara district.

She had deftly snipped a house’s lock with a pair of bolt cutters before beginning to root around for anything worth extending a five-fingered discount to when she was discovered by the owner, who cried out for help.

The thief was apprehended and given a sound thrashing by the owner and neighbours before police arrived.
