Burglar tries to elevate himself, falls to bottom

Thieves don’t get much more audacious than the guy in Poipet who carried a ladder up to a woman’s window and used it to climb in and steal two smartphones over the weekend.

It was perhaps of little surprise that the owner caught the man in the act. Her cries for help caused the burglar to panic and fall from his ladder. Neighbours intervened and the suspect was taken away in handcuffs with a bruised body and ego. DEUM AMPIL
