Busted fool admits to intending to sell meth

A shifty-looking fellow was pulled over by policemen on Tuesday evening on Phnom Penh’s Monireth Boulevard, leading to another sizable haul of narcotics.

Police submitted him to a brief search, turning up four sizable bags of meth. The suspect – in a bizarrely incriminating boast – claimed to have shelled out a cool $180 on the narcotics, with the intention of further distribution.

But the only return on his investment turned out to be a free trip to the slammer for further interrogation.
