Canine snatchers feel the bite of policemen

Two alleged dog catchers in Banteay Meanchey province wound up getting caught themselves on Monday.

Police spotted the men driving on a motorbike late at night with a snare and sack, on the lookout for dogs.

When the cops asked them to stop, the pair sped off. But the suspects were doggedly pursued, caught and arrested that very same night. KOH SANTEPHEAP
