Capital’s Russian Blvd becomes Ringside Blvd

A tuk-tuk driver and a motorbike rider decided to duke out their differences in the middle of rush-hour traffic on Russian Boulevard on Wednesday.

The tuk-tuk driver, 50, had tried to overtake the motorbike rider, 33, when their vehicles collided.

The men quickly went from shouting to exchanging blows, causing traffic chaos.

Frustrated commuters called the police, who brought the pair to the station. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
