Capital addict intrusive, even for a neighbour

A 20-year-old who allegedly barged violently into his neighbour’s house was arrested in Phnom Penh’s Meanchey district on Saturday.

District military police said that the suspect was high on drugs and injured his neighbours for an unknown reason.

They arrested him following a report from local residents. The suspect was questioned and sent to the Phnom Penh military police for additional investigation and addiction treatment.
